    Hello evryone,

I had some design issue. I use elementor pro, profile builder, (theme is neve but I use elementor design that I customize. I put my test page.

I used a shortcode with tags to center it and selected a subscribe plan ID.

as you can see on the page… nothing works. ( load CSS is not activated. if I activate it it’s worse)

first problem: if someone is already registered and sees the payment shortcode, it displays all the subscriptions they have …. Why is this? I just want customers to be able to buy whether they’re registered or not ( see image )

how do I get the payment and registration form centered? if I want the labels to be on top? and even modify the labels’ let exte? The same goes for the payment stripe background. How can I modify it and the text color?

There are several CSS files in the folders… but nothing seems to work …. I get the impression that the simpler I want things to be, the more complicated they become …

    Thanks

    Hello,

We currently have a bug that’s causing that type of positioning issue on the registration form with Stripe. It should be fixed in the next version. You can’t fix it with CSS because it’s using JS for position. It’s not ideal, but works ok if it was not for this particular bug.

However, you should use the default css that comes with the plugin and overwrite only what you need.

You should also use the Elementor Widgets, not the shortcode: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/profile-builder/integration-with-elementor/

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

I get it, so I have to wait the update because for me, at the moment It’s useless…

Thanks for the tip about elementor widgets I will use this now. ( better to use widget profile builder too ? or whatever?)

    Thanks
