Customize dashboard/catalog with another preview image or text when not enrolled

Hi all,

is it somehow possible to change the preview thumbnail which these shortcodes produce:
[lifterlms_my_account] [lifterlms_courses]

I would like to show another image or text to the previews when a student is NOT enrolled to the course. So that the student knows fast there is another course available but I have enroll to it.
