Customize Email to User

Hi,

I saw the forum post above mentioning to use the code on this github : https://gist.github.com/picklewagon/7093339

The issue I am having once I add this code is that I am losing the username and password and $message .= “{username}\r\n”; does not work anymore in the functions.php

How do I fix this so I can have my custom code and still have the username and password added?
