Customize is not working

    Great theme, great design… but the Customize section is not working, it gives me the dead white screen. I have tried to fix the problem by disabling all the plugins, but it’s still not working, any tips please.

    Hi @nourhomsi,

    I have tried to install the Hestia theme on a new WordPress instance and works without any problem. I have tested on local as well and works. Please see the image attached.

    I have the same problem. It is about Ischialgie

    Hello, I have the Rentify theme for a rental cars business and in the prices manager (car prices) when I put a new price plans the dates dosent work…. I did it often before no prob and now doing the same thing to update my price plans and when I click on a date with the calendar its says ”Please enter no more than 10 characters.”?????? Can you help me please… Thank you!!

    Can you please update to the latest version of the theme and let me know if you are still experiencing issues? The latest update should have those fixed.

    Hi,
    I am having the same issue. I have tried deleting a bunch of plugins. I’ve only had the theme for 1 week and it was working perfectly until the other day. I really want to keep this theme.
    What do I do?

    Customize section is not working. The outline of the left-side column appears with the words “You are customizing [my website]. Another small bar appears that says “Widgets”. The rest is completely blank. I’ve tried unplugging all my plugins to no avail. I’ve tried viewing other themes here, and usually get the exact same screen, although with a rare few themes a few things do show up here. The theme I want to switch to, however, does not. It looks exactly the same as with this currently installed theme. I can’t even replace my header image! Please help.
