customize is not working ? what is the reason ?

    hello customization section remains by saying wait a minute. is this because the theme expires? Or is it a wordpress problem?

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    yes I tried but the problem persists. and I saw a warning like this in debugging.
    /themes/ … / pro/ inc/class- wp license manager client .php oon line 342 and 343 .

    is this an obstacle
    ?

    notice: trying to access array offset on value of type bool in/ home/ .. / public_html/ .com/wp-content/themes/theme name / theme pro//pro /inc/class-wp-license-manager-client.php online 342

    theme managers stated that I need to refresh or I cannot access customization. I do not believe it. because i bought this theme once. and with support I think this problem will not be the same!

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    https://theme.co/pro ? I did not understand this address, why did you give it? I’m writing because this problem is a wordpress issue. It is more than a commercial operation.
