Customize Menu NOT SHOWING After Update

  • Hi Everyone,

    Since I updated to newest Astra theme update, my websites don’t show the customize panel properly. I cannot adjust the logo or change anything on the website.

    I only purchased 1 year of Pro Theme for the Astra Sites, but this is ridiculous, if it has anything to do with the plugin/service. I’m not a WEB developer, I only want the Pro theme to work like it should as a small business owner.

    We are sorry for the delay.

    The link to the screenshot above led me to a Not Found page. And when I checked your site I saw the Menu. Have a look at this screenshot, please.

    Have you fixed it or did I miss something?
