“Customize” menu options are gone

  • No more customization options appear in the wordpress menu.

    Only the widgets part and the Lite x Pro part appear with CTA.

    How can I reactivate the theme options? I reinstalled it, but it didn’t come back.

    It seems to be an issue from a plugin.
    Can you please install this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate MedZone Lite and see if it works correctly with no other plugins.
    Let me know if it does.
