    Customize My Account For WooCommerce, I bought this plugin.
    Whenever I try to add custom endpoints or links, all endpoints revert to default.
    can anyone help me? Thank you so much.

    I created the ticket three or four times, but I don’t know why it doesn’t look successful.

    Hi @biggauthier

    When you submit a support request, you should receive a confirmation with a ticket number. You can expect to see that confirmation within a few minutes.

    If you didn’t receive a confirmation then please log out → clear the browser cache → log in afresh → re-submit.

    If it still doesn’t work then please send an email directly to [email protected] from the email address of the account you used to purchase the subscription.

    Please allow a few more hours for the support team to respond to your inquiry.

    If you don’t get a response within 48 hours, first check your spam folders, and if you’re sure our reply didn’t land there then please reply on this thread with the ticket reference number, and we’ll find out.

    I didn't actually find any ticket numbers on my account support page
    But I am sure that I have successfully submitted tickets more than once
    I can't put a screenshot here

    I found the ticket. It was in the mail. I thought it was in WooCommerce my account page.
