The newest version of WooCommerce Subscriptions introduces a set of new customer notification emails, for example to notify a customer about an upcoming renewal.

I was wondering if there are plans to add this to the Email designer, so that we can tweak the text and the content of these new email types.

I’d be happy to help with this, for example with beta-testing. If there’s a public Github repository, I might be able to contribute there as well.

I can’t see that page, nor log in, because I don’t have a username (because I never purchased anything, this is a free plugin after all).

I registered there but I still open the page to cast my vote, even when logged in I get a 403 error message.

    Hi Erik,

Are you using a VPN service? If you are, try disabling it temporarily.

Not all VPNs are equal. Usually VPNs are fine, it’s just if your on one that has bad actors and those bad actors get flagged and the VPNs IP gets flagged. It’s almost impossible to protect your site and support bad VPNs.

Can you also confirm that you tried this on other browsers and the issue persists as well? Like it could be because of a browser extension you have.

Try using a private/incognito browser mode so that all browser extensions are disabled.

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding regarding this matter.

    Kind Regards,
    Michael Taro
