“Customize” not working in the frontend of the website

    Hello,
    For 3 days we have a problem. From time to time, the white page appears and all the styling disappears. And since yesterday we’ve had the problem with “Customize”. Every time we try to customize in the frontend, it shows that “there is a critical error on your website” But this error only appears while we try to customize the frontend. Also, when we deactivated all the plugins, the issue was still there, but there was another problem: “Sorry, You Are Not Allowed to Access This Page”.

  • This is not a problem with the Hestia theme. The ‘critical error’ ma be due to the web server being overloaded, usually caused by too many plugins. There is also a tiny chance that your website may be compromised, but this is very unlikely. In terms of the ‘page access’ error, this is probably due to file permissions.

    I would recommend that you contact your web host for help.

    Hi,

    I’ve the same problem with Hestia Pro, and when i try to add a wordpress page on a menu, when i save, the page is transformed on custom link (with no area to add link).

    When i add two pages, the last one only is transformed on custom link

    what can i do ?
    – All files on server are on 644 and all folder are in 755 permissions
    – allowed memory is 512 MB
    – Php version is 7.3.18
