Customize order detail in Mailchimp email

    Hi,

    So following the instructions from both Woo and Mailchimp I’ve set up successfully the email automation.

    One problem is that it is impossible to edit / customize the Order detail content shown in the email body.

    For example if I want to remove the tax (which I already did in the Store setting), or Shipping fee or Billing detail.

    The content inheritently shows in the email and I cannot change from Mailchimp editor side.

    Is there a way to edit this within Woo?

    I’ve tried to use Loco Translate but it doesn’t affect this kind of content, it must be somewhere else.

    And since the default mailing system from Woo is replaced by Mailchimp’s, I doubt changing the email HTML template in the root folder would solve this.

    Can someone show me where I can edit this content?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply, WordPress system did not notify me.

    Please read the question more carefully, I said I had read dozen of times these websites you sent. They can be easily found all over the Internet. And they are not troubleshootings, they are tutorials.

    The problem is not HOW to set up Mailchimp, but the content inside it.

    The email displays content I’ve turned off in Woocommerce setting whatsoever, and will not be translated in any other languages that customers are using.

    It is fixed with ONE CONTENT, and with ONE LANGUAGE.

    Because Mailchimp only extracts those content from your side, so it’s definitely somewhere inside Woo code or integration with them.
