Customize order status emails

Hi, does your theme have it’s own custom emails for the different order statuses, ie new orders, shipped, completed, etc? When I look at Woocommerce > Settings > Emails, the subject text doesn’t match the ones that are currently being sent. Is this something that relates to the theme?
