Customize page constantly refreshing

Sounds like a glitch somewhere either in your WordPress or a plugin or the theme, although this is the first time I’ve heard of this happening. I think for this one I might need logging in to see this myself if that is ok? If so, please contact me from my site HERE with login details and I will check this out then post my findings here.

Also if you can, please let me know what colours you changed and were trying to change that this started to happen? Thanks

I had already changed all of the colors, but after adding a new post, I discovered that my content needed to be a different color. I would like to change the content to 032139.

Thanks for the login details… in most cases when something is not working or cooperating as it should, it means there’s a conflict with something; generally a plugin.

After I got in your site, I one-by-one disabled plugins and tested the WordPress customizer. Sure enough, the one causing the constant refreshing of your customizer window was this plugin:

“WP Content Copy Protection”

As much as people like these kind of plugins or scripts, to be honest, if someone wanted to use your content, it’s easy, even with these things active. To give you an example, I easily copied this from your home page:

Anyway, I turned off your plugin for this and things are working.
