Customize page not loading image

Hi,

I just start making my website today, I don’t ever deal with front end devloping but I was really wanted to trry. Today I made my own cpanel server with my domain behide cloudflare I installed wordpress .

I installed the most recent version but when I would go to customize my page the theme was just stuck loading and it would not show the back ground image so I can’t change and edit anything other than the stuff in the sidebars.

I changed php verison and attempted again same result. I turn off all plugins no changes
