In reply to: Moved Domain & Accessing Via IPThey are moving everything via cpanel transfer, so I don’t have to actually move the site myself. My issue was concern that I couldn’t edit my site while I waited for the domain to transfer.
I’ll give it a try when they’re done and see.
Thanks for the help.

In reply to: How do you change the Link PictureI appreciate your help on this. Now I need one more thing. A good recommendation for another plugin. I went to the link you provided and saw a support question on this exact issue.
When I read the response it was basically “there is only support for pro-version users.” Anyone who forces me to pay money to get plugin support doesn’t deserve any of my support.
All I want is something to post links automatically to Facebook without my having to manually process them.

In reply to: How do you change the Link PictureI’m using the plugin “Add Link to Facebook”…original, I know.

In reply to: Editing Window ResizingIt’s extending the window to the end of the post, increasing the length of my scroll bar in the process. But the Screen Options thing worked. Thanks.

In reply to: [Fastfood] Changing Themes and retaining certain elementsAnother question: is there a way to expand the default size of the window to put the additional css into? It seems to be a very tiny space and it’s hard to see everything that’s in the box easily.

In reply to: [Fastfood] Changing Themes and retaining certain elementsTbanks. Those went a long way to fixing my many issues. There’s still one issue with item 4, I set it to 10px as I do want a slight bit of the post to show above the title header, but this only worked on the posts after the first. The first has a 0 padding and I’m not sure why that one didn’t change while the others did.
I also assume that I can add padding elements to the #content div to move the text away from the absolute edge of each post.
As to item 3, each post on the front page is surrounded by a border, a double-line that’s gold in color. The left, top and right have the double-line, but the bottom seems to just end without that bottom border.
A side question that might help me figure out some of my other issues. #content changes what’s on the front page, but when I click on the individual posts, most of the changes don’t carry through. Is there a different div I should be adding to include the individual posts as well? And will that also affect pages?

In reply to: Help Adding Captions to Non-WordPress ImagesStrange. I thought that since you could use the caption shortcode on other types of objects in wordpress that regular linked images would work with it.
Back to the drawing board, I guess…

In reply to: CSS help in formatting pagesTrial and error, I guess. The image format for page may have been bleeding through into the sidebar. After I positioned the sidebar-image formatting above the regular sidebar formatting, it seemed to work. I have no idea why, but at least it’s working now.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: CSS help in formatting pagesOk. Other problems I’m now noticing that I haven’t had before. The sidebar is not pushing content left (referenced above), but it also isn’t floating all the way to the right, and although I have it set to align-text left, it’s still centering. I’m thinking this is some part of the page CSS format, but I have no idea how to resolve that.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: CSS help in formatting pagesWait, I seem to have it, but now I’ve got a different problem I need to resolve. It was a positioning issue before (I had the div positioned at the bottom of the post).
Now, I just have it where it’s overlapping the rest of the content instead of pushing it to the side.

In reply to: [Missed Schedule Fix WP Failed Future Posts] iframe/center issueThen why is it only being stripped out when this plug in fixes a missed schedule. When posts go normally, the tags aren’t stripped. And, according to your last changelog note, it appeared to be a problem for you:

In reply to: WP stripping out center and script tagsI can accept that <center> is deprecated. I use it because it’s easier. However, the other code (for the poll widget) isn’t created by me and so I have no control over how that code is generated. But as I see this is a known issue, I can accept that it might get fixed soon.
