Unfortunately Download Monitor does not have such an option yet, I’m sorry.
It is a great idea though and I will make sure to add it on our list for a future enhancement. Here you can see the progress: https://github.com/WPChill/download-monitor/issues/1175

I understand, is there any modification in some file that I can do to solve the problem? I need an additional field to verify legitimacy of downloads
