Customize Save Not Working

    Once I make my edits through customization, I can click “Save and Publish”, but then nothing happens. When I go to view the site, none of the changes have saved. When I go back into each specific section to edit them again, the changes I made are gone.

    This certainly is weird! I would suggest disabling all your plugins and then trying again. Which browser are you using?

    I am brand new to WordPress. I don’t believe I have any plugins installed yet? This is my very first theme download.

    I’m using Internet Explorer.

    I tried disabling all plugins. The theme now looks entirely different than when I initially downloaded it. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it has not returned to normal.
