Customize Template – 403 Forbidden Error

    I am trying to customize a template. When I click on the customize button on the Template page I get a 403 Forbidden Error. I am trying to upload my CSV file and need to add more categories as all I get to sort the data are “name”, “Slug”, “parent” and one other option. I have address and telephone number fields that I need to assign some of the imported data to but I don’t have those in the drop down menu in the import page and so I am trying to edit the template.

    Please make sure you have a page created which contains the [connections] shortcode and that this page is set as the Directory Home Page.

    The Import Tool you are using is the Category Import Tool which is used to bulk import categories, not the entries. Here is the link to the category import documentation for more information about this tool:

    To import entries, you need the CSV Import addon. Here is the link to it:
