    Surely there has to be an easier way to customize the content that shows up on the testimonials-archive page, such as removing the publish date and author field, etc.?

    Hi IanWaldron22,

    I am sorry for the delayed response.

    You can modify testimonial’s templates and control the content by copying the original template files from wp-content/plugins/testimonials-widget/templates into your child theme’s directory, like wp-content/themes/twentytwelve-child/testimonials-widget.
