Customize the Order of Categories shown

  • Hello everyone,
    My theme has a page to let me post a new post when I’m at the frontend. From that page i can enter the title, content, tags and select category to post the post in from a drop down menu. I would like to know if there is a way to change the category items displayed in that drop down menu, manually.

  • Depends on how the page is constructed.

    Can you post an example showing the code of the page?

    Could possibly use wp_list_categories() and the_category_ID().
