Customize the view of related posts

Hello,
how to customize the content of the preview of related posts? I would like to add a link at the bottom with the same link target as the headline or the image. With a JS it would work, problem is that this fires before the related posts are generated by Jetpack. What option do I have here, or where do I insert my script so that it fires only after Jetpack.
