Customize the “Your account is now active” email.

    When using the manual approval feature there is an email sent out

    The subject line is
    [url of the site] Your account is now active

    message text is
    Your account with username: {username} is now active

    I’ve looked around in the admin of All In One WP Security & Firewall, and in the plugins files to see if there is a template that could be overridden without luck.

    The other registration email I can override with BuddyPress but not this one.
