Customize Theme not loading

  • Whenever I click theme > customize, the part where I’m supposed to be seeing the website doesn’t load and it’s just a blank white page.

    The tools on the left side loads fine and whenever I do edits and go the site home it shows the changes.

    How do i fix this?

  • Hi there,

    You can try to deactivate all plugins and to downgrade the PHP version to exclude compatibility issues, and if the error persists, you can try to reinstall the theme.

    Also, try to activate debug mode in the wp-confing.php file, and maybe the error will appear on the white screen.
