Customize View – Swap featured image left/right every row

So far, I really like this especially the ability to create views.

Any idea on how to swap the featured image from left to right for every other row? Created a view to show the testimonials, one every row across the page. Each testimonial has a 200×200 image as a featured image, and I’d like to have those featured images swap sides every row.

I’m thinking CSS will not do the trick and it might have to be an option in the plugin, but I could be wrong.
