Customize won’t work when Ocean extra plugin is activated

  • When I hit customize all of the menu editing choices on the left of page don’t show up. I deactivate the Ocean extra plugin and all the menu editing options show up but the button I’m trying to edit is gone. I’m using the Oceanwp theme and plug ins: elementor, lite speed cache, and WordPress importer. I’ve tried deactivating the other plug-ins one at a time. Doesn’t help. Please help if possible. Thank you.

    It can be related to the server configuration, kindly provide us with your system environment information. To do this, please go to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info Tab and click on the button Copy site info to clipboard.

    Please increase your host resources and recheck the issue(especially the memory limit).

    I tried to get help from my hosting provider with no luck. It’s only 1 page so far (new website) so I doubt it’s a memory issue but I’m no expert.

    simple fix. Went into oceanwp customizer panel, toggled everything off an on and the entire menu showed up. Thanks again.
