Pretty much the same issue was posted in this thread. A customer of mine had the Woocommerce Payments plugin installed. I removed it, since we don’t need these payments methods. Now, the notorious “Customize your deposit schedule” message keeps appearing in the dashboard. I cannot dismiss it. This is extremely annoying.

We don’t use caching, and I’ve already tried the WP Control Plugin with no luck. There are no fatal errors in the log.

I know this GitHub thread. But it is from September! I tried both workarounds, and nothing worked. This is a very annoying issue, since it is clearly caused by the installation of the Woocommerce Payments plugin. At least, I have never ever seen this on any other site, since I don’t install this plugin due to many negative reviews.

I’ve just found burried deep down in the GitHub thread this additional thread that provides the solution.

I ran the query directly in the database:
```

You can, however, do this via the functions.php or using a plugin like Code Snippet. Why was this solution not recommonded by the Woocommerce support team? Anyway, it worked and the annoying message is gone.
