Customized Customer Details

Been using EDD for a number of years for this client. Recently, all customized customer details (city, state, zip, etc.) have not been appearing in “View Order Details” panel. Can you send me in some direction to troubleshoot this issue? Not using extension for custom fields, just hooks in the function.php page (old school).
