Customized dashboard

Great job with the plugin. Very customizable and working well for our needs for rental and now planning into purchasing the developer bundle.

We really like the rentals dashboard (rentals -> view all) where you can see all the rentals at a glance. We’d like to create a second dashboard for rentals that are leased and add some custom fields like the rent, move out date, etc. what’s the best way to go about doing this? I have already found out how to add the custom fields and the next step is to create the new dashboard with screen options.
