I have found the plugin to be very useful and dynamic, even the free version.

I have two questions: 1> I have one page that shows the next scheduled event for a monthly meeting. I would like to display that next event automatically but without the calendar controls. See https://www.napco.org/meetings/. There is no need to control the calendar on this page. How is this possible on a per page need?

Question 2>It would completely awesome if there were more shortcodes available to control how the calendar showed on individual pages. The ability to control if agenda items are expanded or not per instance rather than system wide, the ability to turn off header and footer, ability to show most recently past calendar items, and some other features would really help out. So, are there plans for these kinds of upgrades?

  • 1. All the navigation options can be hidden using CSS (almost everything has it’s own CSS tag). You will need a way to add CSS to your site (eg: via your WP theme or a plugin) to be able to customise this behaviour.

    2. Some of these are available via shortcodes. Look at “Shortcodes” under Events->Settings–>Advanced.

Where are the CSS tags located. Once I know those, I can add the custom CSS to the page I need, which is perfect.

There are a number of shortcodes listed, but enhancing their features, and augmenting them would be very helpful.
