The exact string as you’ve added here isn’t something that is coming from core. It’s possible that you have another plugin maybe adding this text to the customer-on-hold-order.php template file. It’s tough to say without having a closer look at your status.

The text you’ve highlighted “We will follow up with you subsequent to receiving your order” is not a string that is present in WooCommerce. As such, if it isn’t present in your gssi-theme/woocommerce/emails/customer-on-hold-order.php file, you’ve either got a plugin that’s adding it to your emails, or you’ve got some code in your theme’s functions.php file that is responsible for it.

I also notice that you’re running outdated versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and a bunch of other plugins
