Customized Post Titles

    With a permalink structure using numbers – is it possible to customize a handful of posts that don’t use the existing permalink structure?

    ie… example/12345/headlines/ is the usual

    but wanting some posts without the numbers
    ie not wanting example/12346/cloudy
    but wanting the following ONLY for a selection of posts…
    ie example/cloudy/

    Hi there,

    One way of accomplishing this is to manually go in and change the permalink settings to “Post Name” instead of your custom permalink structure. You can navigate there by going to Administration Panels > Settings > Permalinks and selecting Post Name. Once you make the change to the selection of posts, change it back to your custom structure.
