Customize/Live Preview Not Showing in Multisite

    Hi I have two sites created under one multisite install. The second one does not preview changes when I choose appearance>customize for any theme that supports this. I see the theme’s customize panel, which works, but the preview part of the page is completely blank.

    The first site I installed does not have the problem, fortunately this is the “production” site, but I am hampered because I am trying to tesst child theme modifications using the second site and cannot see any customizations until these are published or previewed at the page/post edit.

    The problem is NOT a child theme issue as the preview remains blank whenever I activate a parent theme with customizations. The “Live Preview” under theme selection also has a blank preview.

    I’ve seen this issue mentioned on other threads here…is there a recommended fix? Everything is up to date according to the multisite dashboard

    Whatever the problem was, I moved passed it by simply creating a third site in the network and reloading the test instance wp content into this. The latest WP site does NOT have the missing preview problem so I deleted the second one and everything is now OK. I am guessing that something in the series of updates that took place since I initiated the multisite install in January 2015 corrected the issue.
