Customizer admin menu not working properly

I′ve resolved the problem installing this plugin:

Seems like it is a jquery problem from update to WordPress 5.5

I’m really sorry for the late reply here, somehow we missed this topic.
I tried to replicate in my end, but Shop Manager can see items:

I tested that using latest WP, the default TwentyTwenty theme, WooCommerce and Branda, so this might have to do with a conflict with another plugin of yours. Do you have any staging site you could perform a conflict test around this? Please advise!
