Customizer background color doesn't work

    Under Appearance>Customize>Colors, the background color is the default teal. However, when changing this color, the teal does not change. Instead the white background changes.

    Is this on purpose? If so then why does the customizer show teal by default and not white?

    If it’s not on purpose and the teal bars are supposed to change, can this be fixed?

    When we developed this theme, we used THEME OPTIONS instead of Customizer. Our PRO theme has a feature to change the color in Theme Options.
    Hope this clarifies.
