Customizer causes dashboard and front end to not load

    Your theme looks very nice, but when I make a change in the customizer both the front side and the customizer just show the circling graphic and doesn’t load

    Hello @marjoriesdaughter,

    We have checked on our side there is no such issue, you have added some plugins which are conflecting, you can also OFF the preloader from the settings for that Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> VW Settings >> General Settings >> Pre-Loader >> From here you ON/OFF the preloader >> Publish it.
