    Hi,
thanks for reporting your issue. I’m not able to reproduce the problem on my local site with the latest version of Nimble Builder.

Do you see any error message on the page or in the javascript console ?
( See here how to open your browser debug tool.)

I would recommend to follow the usual troubleshooting steps below :

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure the Nimble Builder and your theme are up to date.
    2. Search the forum : use the search field on top of the topic list with keywords describing your issue. Another user may have had a similar problem already resolved.
    3. Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    4. Browser : clear your browser’s cache / history
    5. Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.

If this is still not solving your problem, you’ll will need to enable the WP_DEBUG mode and report any message you may have when opening the live customizer.

    Hy,

    Thank you for your response,

I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps you have exposed above but nothing works.
I see the following error on my debug tool :

I’ve also tried to access the customize page with an other computer and other browsers, the problem stays the same.
The strangest thing is that everything worked perfectly until 2 days ago before suddenly stop.

Can you maybe give me an email address so i can send you screenshots ?

Hi, can you get in touch with me with this form ?
I would need to investigate the problem on your site if you’re fine with it.
    thanks.

I noticed that your version of WordPress is not up to date. Are you receiving update notification for WordPress in your WP admin ?

If not, this may be related to the fact you are using a mu-plugin named Disable XML-RPC Pingback: 1.1

The first thing to do is to make sure WordPress and all plugins and themes are up to date.

Then I recommend following again these troubleshooting steps :

    1. Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, clear its cache content and disable caching via its settings.
    2. Browser : clear your browser’s cache / history
    3. Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If that solves the problem, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you isolate the plugin in conflict.
    4. Child theme : activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme
    5. Javascript : make sure you did not insert custom javascript code ( like analytics, subscription popup… ), for example in a widget, that could break your site.

    ??

Let me know if it helps.

You disable mu-plugins by removing the plugin file from the mu-plugins directory. They are outside the normal plugin activation/deactivation cycle “and cannot be disabled except by removing the plugin file from the must-use directory, which is found in wp-content/mu-plugins by default.

This can’t be done from the WP admin. You’ll need to connect by FTP and disable the plugin manually.

@mroadwp notified me by email that the problem was fixed by updating WordPress.
    I’m setting this as resolved
