    Hi Jacqueline,

Thanks for additional info and for creating the post here on support forum.

I downloaded free version of “One Press”, installed and activated the plugin, as you can see in the screenshot below the Customizer works fine on my end, maybe you use not free / paid version of this theme? If so, please send it to my email address (for testing purposes).

    Dear Oleg,

thank you very much for the answer.
We use the free Theme. At first all works great. But (I think) after updating WordPress it doesn′t work.
Maybe I should tell you that we changed the domain. So that maybe the folders aren′t on the right position.

I tried to delete all data of your Plugin. But anytime there is the same error like the screenshot above.

Is there any file like a cache of your Plugin what I can reset?

Also there is a problem by displaying the text and photos in the front.
They are not centered anymore. On the right frame the text and pictures are cut off.

    Here you can see:

Maybe I can give you a temporary Login?

    Hope you can help…. ??

Please under no circumstances send anyone any login details. Plugin author’s get into real trouble when they ask for that here.

@amothemo I’m going to review and redact all of your previous replies like that. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#the-bad-stuff

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    Hello Jan,
Thank you for this explanation, you’re 100% right, I didn’t thought about this from such perspective. So I agree, and will never ask for login information again. Thanks again.

Jacqueline, unfortunately I wasn’t able to help you with this, because on my end I couldn’t get the same problem. But when I will be able to update the plugin (very busy with work now) I will test things more.

Any update on this issue? I am experiencing the exact same issue. I am using the Divi theme so different than above.
