Customizer keeps loading and blank

    Hi,

    I use a WP Multisite (aka network) environment and on a site where I use A Genesis Frame Work Theme the customizer keeps loading and I cannot add a form or edit a form. The sample form shortcode works and the sample form displays.

    At a different site on that network with a different theme all works as expected.

    Any known issues with incompatible themes or plugins or even with WP Multisites?

    That definitely sounds like a theme issue, although we’re not aware of incompatibilities with Genesis. Would you help us investigate?

    1. Do you have access to your PHP logs? If you do, would you first open your Customizer, then look at the latest log entries?
    2. Would you open your Javascript console while you try to edit a form, and share any error messages you see there?

    Hello,

    It is definitely a theme issue. But my apologies that site is/was not using Genesis, but a theme called Weaver.
    I have changed to a different theme now and it works perfectly.

    I send you a request via the contact form with pre-sales questions.
