Customizer link on Admin Frontend

  • Don’t know if anyone here is capable of figuring this out.

    I have Multisite and new site users are administrator by default.
    The problem is that only super admins can load/modify the theme(Customizer) and I need all admins to be able to do that.

    Also is it possible to remove the default Customizer link on Admin Frontend – I’m using Ultimate Branding and want to put that in a sub menu
