Customizer no longer working

  • Hello – I just purchased Mission News Pro, but it appears to have blanked out my Customizer. I realize there’s a support page for that on the theme page but I’ve tried all the options (switched from Safari to Chrome, on incognito; turned off and on all plugins; etc) and the customizer still does not work. I can’t increase the PHP because I’m on EasyWP. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    UPDATE: I’ve been able to increase the PHP memory limit via SFTP, but it hasn’t fixed the customizer error. Here’s an Imgur screenshot of the customizer page if it helps diagnose: https://imgur.com/CLMfwIJ

    Thanks for upgrading! I’m sorry to hear about this error.

    I would recommend asking your host to increase the memory limit to 256M or more. This should be easy for them to do.

    Mission News Pro adds a lot more options to the Customizer, and sometimes this can lead hosts to run out of memory allocated for the site.
