Customizer not allowing the editing of Header and Footer

    Good day,

    The Customizer for the Neve theme on WordPress is not allowing me to add buttons to the Header, or edit the Header and Footer.

    Ususally I was able to choose how many columns and the items that would make up the Header and Footer, and where to position them. This pop up option is no longer present.

    When I try to edit, it only allows me to choose “full width” and “contained” options, and no longer any Header or Footer blocks within the Customizer.

    When pressing the back arrow in the customizer controls, to return to the previous controls, it is bugging out, with words overlapping each other and sometimes not functioning.

    Please will you assist me with these issues.

    The issue may occur due to a plugin conflict, so please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.
