Customizer not loading.

  • My customizer doesn’t load. Stuck on a blank screen. I’ve tried the basic troubleshooting, or at least I think I have, clearing browser caches, checking the URLs in dashboard. I can’t figure this out. I am a complete novice to all of this, so any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

  • Hi, by looking into your homepage, it seems that WordPress doesn’t recognize the builder you are using, which by the look of it is: the Divi page builder.

    Make sure that the plugin is enabled, otherwise, please contact their support, since it’s a commercial product.

    Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I will message them immediately. But are you sure it’s Divi? I deleted that theme troubleshooting and enabled one of the stock templates (“Twenty Twenty”)…still nothing. Makes sense it would be that as the problem didn’t arise until I disabled DIVI and enabled “extra” theme by that same company. Thanks again for the quick reply.
