Customizer not saving changes

  • After making my changes in the customizer for the sidebars, I can see in the window that the bar is right. I save & publish but when I open a new window and pull up the site the side bars are still wrong.

    Also, when choosing visibility for the widgets for when user is logged in, the widgets still show even when not logged in.

    I’ve noticed that I have to clear my cache often in order to see changes so I have tried that and it’s still not working.

    Any thoughts?

  • Installed theme SG Circus. Do not load profile “theme tune”. Window in position waiting. Disable all installed plug-ins, “Setting the theme” is not loaded.
    What to do to fix the problem?
    Uploaded other topics SG Diamond, SG Window – the situation is the same

    Что сделать, чтобы устранить проблему?
