Customizer not showing under Appearance when using block theme

When use any block theme ( full site editing theme ) https://www.ads-software.com/themes/search/full%20site%20editing/ , for example “TT1 Blocks” theme, there is no customize menu link showing in wp-admin under appearance. Is it disabled in block theme?

While it’s true that there is no menu item for the Customizer, you can still access it by adding ‘/wp-admin/customize.php’ to your site’s URL
Or you click on- Appearance > Themes and
- use the “Customize” button on the TT1 Blocks Theme card.
