Customizer not working

  • Hi. My WordPress customizer stopped working. When I click customize, a blank screen appears. I tried to disable all the plugins and clear cache but the problem has persisted. It started when I tried to test a different theme. I’m unable to implement any changes as I’m locked out of customization. When I click the widgets section of the Appearance, this is the error I get. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

  • Customizer menu recently stopped working on our site as well (loads correctly, but no menu items are clickable). I’m here to watch.

    Followup: Gutenberg was our problem. We solved the problem by disabling the Gutenberg plugin and removing it.
