Customizer Options Are Not Responding

    I am running WordPress on ipage.com.

    Are there any known incompatibilities problems with this host?

    When I installed your theme, the custom options were working. After I refreshed the page, they stopped working. Only half the options appeared. The only function that worked was the CANCEL button.

    I had the same problem with the Twenty Fourteen Extended plugin.

    I am humbly asking, pleading and begging for help. I am involved in a Quick Start Challenge with Dean Holland.

    Being successful with this coaching program requires that I master WordPress.

    Please help me. I need an immediate resolution to this problem.

    I found some excellent WordPress tutorials on youtube, but I cannot implement the tutorials until I am able to get the custom options problem resolved.

    Please help me. I am trying to get my financial situation turned around. I need to be able to use your theme so that I can complete my WordPress training and successfully complete the Quick Start Challenge.

    I cannot explain how huge my gratitude will be if you are willing to help me resolve this problem immediately.

    Did you try to install wordpress or wpastart theme on another host?

    I have a Hostgator account.

    I installed the themes on Hostgator. The custom options are working with no problems. I notified ipage that I may have to let them go as a backup host if it cannot resolve the compatibility problem.
