Customizer Options Not Working

    Hello,

    I have a fresh WordPress install 6.4.3, php8.2, Kadence theme, Kadence blocks. same setup on another site on the same server that site is working fine.

    On this new site, the customizer settings aren’t showing nothing. I tried to edit page, leads to white screen of death.

    I also tried to deactivate the plugins one by one and see if there is any plugin that is causing conflict, but didn’t help.

    Any ideas would be really appreciated.

    Hello @showhey0705,

    On my site, the customizer works as expected. Generally, the white screen is due to server memory limits. Do you have debugging enabled? White screen errors often appear in the log and may let you know if it is due to memory limits or some other error. Here are the recommended server settings:

    PHP Memory Limit 512MB
    Max Post Size 50MB
    WP Memory Limit 128/256MB
    Max Upload Size 50MB
    Max Input Vars 2500
    Max Execution Time around 300
