Customizer right panel blank and looping

  • Hey guys,

    I am experiencing issues with Customizer, on a fresh install with no plugins and only
    native WP themes installed (2013, 2014, 2015).
    What happens is that I click on Customize, it opens and i can see the list of options on the left side but the right panel is blank and quickly refreshes with a small circular icon in the middle. Very strange. Any fix for this?
