Customizer setting Disappeared in Rishi Thee

I am using Rishi Free version for my e-commerce site and it was working fine but once I touched top bar settings to change color of it first it worked fine but by mistake I turned to gradient and since then its causing me this issue, the settings are went vanish completely as soon as I switch to top bat settings to Design and I have to reload the Appearance setting as there’s no option to change back to normal with solid color, for no I have kept it to the transparent header but I need to solve it as its very important and needed in my design to have top bar.

I have tried deactivating cache plugins and resources are also on highest but nothing happened, kindly help or tell em what to do?
