Customizer settings are resetting

  • Problem with the customizer settings for the theme resetting on their own.

    I have an exported copy of the settings, so they can be re-imported, but this has happened several times now and is the first site I’ve encountered this behavior with OceanWP.

    Tried adding the child theme, imported the settings. It also resets (the main theme still retains the settings, as long as it is not active).

    Anyone else experienced this?

    Started happening after migrating from GoDaddy to Siteground hosting.

    That is really odd, Seems some issue with the migration.
    Please try to use the latest version of themes and plugins.

    Kindly share the steps to replicate the issue.
    In addition, Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?
